Repeat clients credit Cristiano and his team for finishing bathrooms, kitchens, and larger renovations on time and to spec, with visible pride in the work and daily communication. Named staff (Cristiano, Dennis, Tiago) appear across multiple positive reviews for their professionalism and cleanliness. One serious complaint alleges an incomplete kitchen project, unfinished work, poor execution, inconsistent contact, and a review posted without authorization-a dispute that casts uncertainty over the authenticity of some five-star accounts and warrants caution. The business claims 12 years of experience, holds Connecticut and Westchester licenses, and serves Fairfield, Westchester, and Litchfield Counties plus New York. Flooring, bathroom remodels, painting, grab bars, and permit handling are cited as strengths in reviews. The one-star allegation of project abandonment and quality defects remains unresolved and unaddressed in the record.
