Being listed is free, and no payment changes your score or ranking. Corrections to business information

Your business name, address, phone number, website, hours, or service list can be corrected if you provide the right information and verification. We accept verification from your website, your Google Business Profile, or other authoritative sources. Once corrected, the information stays fixed and is not overwritten in future updates.

Disputing your score

A dispute is not a request for a better score. A dispute is a claim that the data we used to build your listing is wrong, such as reviews being attributed to the wrong business, your profile being matched to another company, or a summary misrepresenting what reviewers actually wrote. When you dispute, we re-examine the source data and regenerate your listing based on what we find. The score is never hand-edited.

Requesting removal

Listings are removed if your business is permanently closed, the listing is a duplicate of another entry, or you operate outside the scope of this directory. Our monthly verification cycle automatically detects and removes closed businesses. If your listing is current and in scope, we will decline removal and explain why.

Response times

All requests are acknowledged within 5 business days. Confirmed removals are completed within 7 days. If we decline your request, we explain the reason.
