Reviewers consistently praise Gordon and his team for on-time delivery, meticulous work, fair pricing, and long-term relationships spanning decades. Two serious one-star complaints from 7-8 years ago-one citing unfinished work and another alleging age discrimination and physical assault-contrast sharply with the overwhelming recent five-star pattern. Recent reviews emphasize warranty support and creative problem-solving on remodels and roofing projects.
