Most jobs finish beautifully in one or two days with friendly, skilled installers like Nick, Chris, Freddie, and Thomas. One detailed 1-star review, however, documents significant accessibility failures on a walk-in shower: an unusable seat height, an unnoticed chip on a safety-critical component, grab bars not installed due to initial mistakes, and slow response to requests for correction despite the business's stated focus on aging-in-place work.

Strong reviews for mold remediation work and occasional praise for individual crew members obscure serious structural problems. Multiple customers report unfinished projects, broken tile, shower leaks, and months-long delays. Two recent one-star reviews highlight a legal dispute over deposit refunds, lapsed licensing, and undisclosed estimate fees that overshadow any positive renovation experiences. The business shows inconsistent execution across its service areas. Mold inspection and treatment draw consistently high marks, particularly with Franco and Marco's involvement. Full bathroom renovations and tile work tell a different story: incomplete floors, sloppy drywall installation, misaligned fixtures, and follow-up promises that go unfulfilled. One reviewer waited a year for promised repairs that never arrived.
