All eight reviews are five-star, praising Niko for thorough, professional work on bathrooms and kitchens. Clients highlight his ability to guide them beyond expectations, catch safety problems, deliver on time and budget, and explain every step clearly.
The single review on file praises the business for being professional and responsive, though limited feedback makes a full picture difficult to assess.
Reviewers consistently praise Gordon and his team for on-time delivery, meticulous work, fair pricing, and long-term relationships spanning decades. Two serious one-star complaints from 7-8 years ago-one citing unfinished work and another alleging age discrimination and physical assault-contrast sharply with the overwhelming recent five-star pattern. Recent reviews emphasize warranty support and creative problem-solving on remodels and roofing projects.
