New Creation Tile and Marble LLC
4.9(45)✓ Google-verified
John and his team deliver expert tile work with meticulous attention to finishing details; jobs typically finish on time or early, sites stay clean each day, and communication is responsive. One recent cancellation less than 48 hours before work and a dispute over undisclosed scope costs (shower ceiling tiling, site prep labour) signal administrative gaps that can result in surprise charges and mismatched expectations. Homeowners consistently praise the quality of floors, backsplashes, and bathroom tile installations across multiple projects, with many citing the care taken with their property and polished final results. The team handles custom designs and tricky leveling work, though prospective clients should confirm all scope details and pricing in writing before committing.
