Jesus and his crew consistently deliver high-quality work across bathrooms, flooring, and home renovation projects. Reviewers praise their reliability, upfront pricing, and willingness to tackle complex jobs on tight timelines.
The team handles full renovations as well as specific services like tile, vinyl, and wood flooring; master bath upgrades; and plumbing work. Customers note the crew respects budgets and deadlines, works clean, and communicates proactively throughout projects.
Tony and his team deliver reliable kitchen and bathroom work with strong attention to detail. One reviewer cited poor staff interaction years ago, but the overwhelming pattern shows repeat clients praising professional execution, on-time delivery, and genuine follow-through on their work.
Dan and his crew complete bathroom tile projects in four to seven days, handling everything from leak repairs and waterproofing to custom niches and intricate tile layouts. Reviewers consistently praise the quality of the finished work, fast response times, and how the team leaves no mess behind. The crew listens closely to what customers want, offers smart design suggestions without pressure, and shows up on schedule every day the job runs. Most projects finish for 10-20k less than other bids reviewers received. Repeat customers value Dan's tile expertise and his willingness to connect them with reliable plumbers or glass installers when needed. The business operates across multiple Connecticut towns and has built trust with both first-time homebuyers and renovation veterans.
Repeat clients praise J&C for cabinet quality and friendly staff like Joey and Kash, noting reliable turnarounds and fair prices. However, recent one-star reviews detail significant installation failures: cabinets installed crooked and unleveled, waterproofing skipped entirely in bathrooms, measurement errors ignored, and owners unresponsive once problems surfaced. The pattern suggests strong design and fabrication followed by inconsistent, sometimes negligent installation and post-sale support.
