ProSource of Hartford

4.9(200)✓ Google-verified

Staff greet customers by name and spend unhurried time answering questions, with Nick, Alexis Rios, Steve, Roger Saldi, Sam, and Cristian each singled out for deep product knowledge and patience through multi-week design decisions. The Hartford showroom stocks flooring, tile, cabinetry, countertops, and fixtures under one roof; one customer returned twice after a successful remodel, and a 20-year regular credits the personal attention. A single complaint flags a flooring order error at installation, highlighting that even strong operations occasionally ship the wrong SKU. Pro Source positions itself as a materials and design resource for contractors and homeowners alike, not a remodeler itself. Customers specifically praise how staff demystify overwhelming projects, explain measurements for installations, and stay reachable by email between visits. Repeat business and long-tenure customers are the norm rather than exception.

Customers return repeatedly, including a 10-year gap and repeat projects. Shipping from distant warehouses to source the exact slab a customer wants, templating via laser technology, and installers who treat homes with respect round out the typical experience here.
