What reviewers think
Reviewers describe Alan Soucy's work quality as wildly inconsistent: some highlight excellent roofing and bathroom remodeling, but the majority report month-long delays stretching into years, repeated no-shows despite confirmed appointments, and substandard workmanship requiring expensive fixes. Staff turnover and poor communication compound the problem; projects are commonly abandoned after partial payment.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
