All 14 recent reviews award five stars. Reviewers consistently praise Sammy and his team for professionalism, clear communication throughout projects, and meticulous workmanship. Insurance claim assistance stands out as a valued service, particularly for water damage and roofing work. Cleanliness, punctuality, and budget adherence recur across multiple reviews.
Reviewers consistently experience responsive, professional service from Arnaldo and his team, with particular praise for skilled craftsmanship and transparent pricing that avoids surprise charges. The team handles bathroom renovations, kitchen work, flooring, basement finishing, and emergency water damage with equal care, maintaining clean work sites and completing projects on schedule. Multiple repeat customers cite their willingness to go above and beyond, including diagnosing and fixing root causes rather than surface problems.
All five-star reviews over three years. Reviewers consistently praise Marcio and the team for responsive, trustworthy service at reasonable prices. Work quality earns strong recommendations, though limited review detail constrains deeper insight into specific projects.
Lecla's crews show up on time, work cleanly, and stay in close touch throughout the job. Roofing, siding, doors, and gutters all come in at high finish quality, with named technicians like Luis, Eric, and Mike earning consistent praise for responsiveness and craftsmanship. Two significant black marks exist: one reviewer's warranty claim was denied despite written coverage, and another was stood up for an estimate with contradictory explanations afterward. The 4.9-star average across 214 reviews reflects overwhelming five-star work, but these gaps in warranty honor and scheduling accountability deserve weight if you're planning a large or weather-dependent project.
Every reviewer rates EDM Construction five stars. Customers praise Eddy and his crew for turning dated bathrooms into modern spaces, replacing roofs in a single day, and leveling cabinets after other contractors failed. Staff show up quickly, work cleanly, and finish on time. Reviewers consistently cite fair pricing, honest dealing, and willingness to solve problems on the fly. Multiple customers have returned for second and third projects. One reviewer who has worked with EDM for twenty years calls them excellent across demo, framing, roofing, and siding. No complaints appear across the review set.
W&DD delivers straightforward home improvement work with strong communication and on-time completion. Reviewers consistently praise the team's professionalism, clear pricing, and careful attention to finishing details across deck, window, and roofing projects.
Neil and his team deliver end-to-end design guidance and execution across kitchens and bathrooms, earning consistent praise for their ability to refine initial concepts and guide clients through material choices. Reviewers value their responsiveness, problem-solving on-site, and the quality of finished work, with staff names (Neil, Juan, Mary, Caroline) appearing repeatedly as the backbone of repeat business and referrals.
Helio and his team deliver consistent, practical bathroom and renovation work on schedule. Reviewers praise fair pricing, steady communication, and a crew that respects homes. A few note that cleanup and contract clarity could improve, but satisfaction remains high across a long track record.
Ruben and his crew deliver finished bathrooms and whole-home projects that consistently exceed expectations. Customers experience a polished process: transparent estimates, on-time starts, daily cleanup, Milton's hands-on supervision, and workers who answer questions same-day. The team handles complex jobs (subfloor repairs, tile work, plumbing, electrical) without surprises or delays, and when scope changes arise, they manage changes with signed paperwork. Cost discipline and insurance responsiveness matter here-customers describe choosing BH Solutions after shopping competitors for months, then recommending them to friends within weeks. Ruben leads with visibility; Milton manages the job site with visible pride in craft. Bathrooms get fresh tile, heated floors, new fixtures, and paint. Whole homes get rewired, re-sided, and re-floored. The one gripe (solicitation ignoring a no-door sign) stands alone in 55 reviews and does not reflect work quality. Teams work weekends and late evenings to finish on schedule, and customers repay that commitment with multi-project follow-on work.
Most customers experience rapid response and competent mitigation: teams arrive within hours, remove damage quickly, and keep homeowners informed throughout. Staff like Mark Hatfield, Quacian, Evan, and Greg consistently earn praise for professionalism and thoroughness. One significant outlier reported a two-year reconstruction marred by subcontractor failures (improper roof installation, incomplete siding work) and corporate unresponsiveness, highlighting risk on complex or multi-phase projects. Paul Davis positions itself as a restoration specialist handling water, flood, fire, and mold damage through IICRC-certified crews. Their strength lies in emergency mitigation and initial response across Fairfield and Westchester Counties. The company claims operation since 1966 and lists reconstruction services, but the severe complaint raises questions about execution quality and accountability on large jobs.
Customers encounter a streamlined process from design through installation. Designers like Paulette, Hilary, Frank, and Kieran spend time mapping out needs and visions without pushing decisions; installers arrive punctually, work cleanly, and finish efficiently. A few note extended timelines when parts arrive staggered, and one found shelf peg holes less consistent than hoped, but these were minor against the consistent praise for quality, professionalism, and willingness to redesign mid-project at reasonable cost. Services span closets, mudrooms, pantries, and home office setups across West Connecticut and beyond. Named staff members deliver personalized attention and flexibility even after installation starts. Reviewers stress how "EXACTLY" their vision came to life.
All four reviews are five-star. Customers praise fair prices, quality stone and quartz selection, and quick service. One reviewer reported a two-day kitchen turnaround. Evidence for full bathroom renovation is limited-reviews mention countertops and kitchen work, not complete bathroom jobs.
