Reviewers consistently highlight the team's design skill and personal attention throughout kitchen and bathroom projects, naming Erick (owner), Morgan (designer), and Luis (sales) as standouts. Work is completed on time and budget, crews clean daily, and the no-pressure sales approach appeals to those seeking fair pricing over upsells. Staff respond quickly to questions and stay involved from conception to completion. A few reviewers worked with the team across multiple projects and returned deliberately. One instance flagged a subcontractor's slow response, though the DKW sales staff kept pressure on them. Quality arrives as expected, and damage during shipping is replaced within a week.
