What reviewers think

Most customers report a smooth, well-organized remodel experience with staff who listen, communicate daily, and deliver polished results. Designers like Chellie, Lisa, and Jeff are named repeatedly for patience and problem-solving. A minority voice noted cabinet pricing felt steep and some fit issues were not caught during design; post-install follow-up on defects was also sluggish. The work itself holds up over years.
