Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Long-standing clients praise Santos Martinez and his team for reliability and fair pricing over years of work. However, one detailed 2008 project complaint documents serious plumbing failures, roof leaks, and water damage requiring expensive corrections, raising questions about consistency.
Every reviewer praises Juan Canales and his team for thorough, high-quality work delivered on schedule and within budget. Customers highlight his detail-oriented approach, honesty about costs, willingness to solve problems beyond the scope, and ability to manage complex whole-home projects alongside bathroom renovations.
AVMRE operates as a property management and home services firm across Fairfield County and Westchester, not primarily as a bathroom remodeler. Most reviewers praise rapid response, trusted vendor networks, and willingness to tackle complex projects. One early review flagged caution without detail; most feedback spans years of client retention. Their website lists 14 service categories from painting to HVAC, with monthly residential plans starting at $300.
