What reviewers think

Abram Hecht and his team deliver polished, well-coordinated bathroom and kitchen projects backed by decades of family experience. Reviewers consistently praise the craftsmanship of his contractor network, hands-on project oversight, and willingness to solve problems even after installation. Two negative experiences highlight gaps: a showroom interaction where pricing shifted between days, and a $200 design fee that went unpaid after the company stopped communicating. Price sits above market average, but most reviewers felt the expertise justified it.
