TMG Plumbing & Disaster Solutions - Mystic
Patrick, Mateo, and Adam handle emergency calls within hours and finish work on time. Reviewers consistently praise transparent pricing upfront, though occasional high quotes for specific jobs appear in complaints. Their website lists water damage and mold remediation alongside plumbing, backed by staff certifications. One detailed complaint involved a multi-thousand-dollar fire restoration dispute with alleged unbilled work and unpaid subcontractors, though this sits apart from the routine plumbing praise. The team operates across 90+ territories in Connecticut and Rhode Island. They clean up after finishing and explain work as they go. For straightforward plumbing repairs, drain work, and water heater installation, reviewers report dependable service. Those considering larger disaster restoration projects should request detailed itemized scope in writing and verify permit status independently.
